Wellness on Wheels involves non-invasive, client-facing medical checks for all participants of the CANV programs. Our team of certified nurses provides patient advocacy, medication review and education, and screenings when possible. Many senior citizens lack nutritious foods, knowledge, and skills about making healthy choices, and the resources to achieve wellness. This free service is health mentoring delivered in person and supports positive behavioral choices while advancing community health. Must be eligible for Meals on Wheels to participate.
