At Community Action of Napa Valley our volunteers are a vital part of our team and make a lasting difference in the lives of those in need in our community. Volunteers add an extra layer of support to neighbors in need, their families, visitors, agency staff, and fellow volunteers.

Volunteers play crucial roles in ensuring our Community Markets, Food Pantrys, and Congregate Dining Sites run smoothly and we can distribute groceries to as many people as possible. You can help us direct traffic, interact with recipients to provide them a great experience, pack boxes with groceries, or load them into cars.
