is the entry point for Community Action’s Adult Shelter Services. It offers showers, toilets, mail, phones, laundry and other basic services more more than 85 homeless adults daily. A second tier of services, including medial care, job development, housing assistance, legal aid, mental halt outreach, and other services identified to assist this most hard-to-reach population are also available and encouraged. Screening and refer all for the South Napa Shelter and the Emergency Winter Shelter is done at this primary location.
The South Napa Shelter
is a safe place for clean and sober individuals age 18 and older. It has two primary goals for its guests – increasing income and securing sustainable housing. Individuals reach those goals through weekly coaching/case management, requiring that they volunteer at the center and in the community, and providing the tools and encouragement to succeed. All guests are held accountable for their behavior at the center and in the community. All guest must be referred through the HOPE Center.

The Emergency Winter Shelter
provides a safe, warm and dry place to sleep for Napa’s most difficult to reach homeless population. There are few requirements for this shelter beyond basic civil behavior. Each year however, people move from the facility into other shelters and eventually sustainable housing. All guests must be referred through the HOPE Center.
